Master Restoration

In a moment of crisis, I was referred to Master Restoration, and from the very first phone call, the experience was exceptional. I was greeted by Emily, who was delightful—truly beyond delightful. She immediately understood the urgency of the situation and was able to have technicians at my home within the hour. That’s when I met Morgan and Carmelo. From the moment they stepped through the door, they were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. They were sympathetic to the crisis we were dealing with, patient and sensitive to my very rambunctious toddler running around, and somehow even took the time to compliment our home before immediately getting to work. We are still at the very beginning of our restoration process, but first impressions matter—especially when you're dealing with something overwhelming happening in your home—and my first impression of Master Restoration has been amazing. This is exactly how service should feel in a moment of crisis: sympathetic, responsive, kind, quick, and efficient. Thank you, Emily, Morgan, and Carmelo, for making a stressful situation feel a little more manageable. I’m incredibly grateful for the care you've shown our family so fa

Morgan and Carmelo were absolute gentlemen and being the wife of a former employee of the armpit of Restoration and that is Servpro. I am so glad I called Master Restoration because I am, the son of a retired Largo Firefighter and this company is owned by a Firefighter. No better people to trust as far as I am concerned. Take a bow Morgan and Carmelo and I apologize if the name is incorrect but they were amazing and in my opinion, will continue to be. God bless and thank God I called the true "Master" of Restoration.

We purchased a home in Melbourne and found severely damaged cabinets under the kitchen sink and moldy drywall behind the dishwasher. We called Master Restoration and talked with Sierra and Emily who were able to schedule Will to come out the next day to assess the damage and gave us a very reasonable quote. Kastin and Isiah came back a couple days later and very quickly and safely removed the damaged hardware while preserving the undamaged hardware. Excellent job all around and I would 100% recommend their services.

Josh and Liam provided the highest level of professional, transparent, and friendly service that I could have asked for. We were attracted to Master Mold Restoration because their quote was more than $2,000 less than their closest competitor (3 quotes). However, they won me over because of their honesty, efgiciency, high quality of work, and transparency. They did exactly what we asked for and didnt try to upsell me on anything. Our job turned out to be a minor cleanup job and he showed me where the mold came from and more importantly, where it stopped The other companies had my wife so worked up that it was causing anxiety. Josh and Liam identified how the mold was likely caused and assured us that we saw the extent of the damage. The peace of mind that we now have was worth the relatively small cost to have them perform their services. They also left our home cleaner than it was when they arrived. Thanks for the free vacuuming job fellas. There is no other mold restoration company that I would trust after this experience. Thank you, Dave and Shaina Hollands

Highly recommend this company. Kastin and Carmelo came out and gave all the time needed to discuss the mold remediation issues of the house. They both clearly walked me through the scope of work along with different pricing options. These gentleman know what they are doing. Very glad to have chosen this company as I had been looking at other bids. They spent the most time on this matter and explained very well the job and gave a great price.
